Carl Neuhaus is the backbone of Neuhaus Realty with more than 25 years of real estate experience, and more than 20 years of close collaboration with his mother Mimi Neuhaus, also a broker and owner of Neuhaus Realty. 

A native Staten Islander and graduate of St. John's University, Carl is an expert broker who has a reputation as one of the best REALTORS on the Island. He uses his skills and his experience to help train new associates at Neuhaus Realty, and is regarded as an excellent mentor. 

Carl is also the go-to person for appraisal questions, and he is an expert at CMAs (comparative market analysis).
